TERMINATION OF SEPARATION AGREEMENT AGREEMENT: On _____________________ (month & day), ________ (year), this agreement was made between _____________________________________________________ (wife) residing at ____________________________________________________________ and __________________________________________________ (husband) residing at __________________________________________________________________. RECITALS: A. On _________________ (month & day), ________ (year), the above parties were married in ___________________________________________________________. B. On _________________ (month & day), ________ (year), the above parties separated and have been living apart ever since. C. On ___________________, (month & day) ________ (year), the above parties agreed on separation terms, and both have lived according to these terms. D. The above parties have now reconciled their differences and have agreed to terminate the separation. SECTION ONE Resumption of Marriage The wife will live in husband's house, and all terms of their marriage shall resume. SECTION TWO Termination of Separation Agreement On ____________________ (month & day),________ (year), both parties agree that all terms of the previous separation shall cease. SECTION THREE Waiver of Claims under Separation Agreement Both parties agree that the other has lived according to the terms of the previous separation, and that all terms of the separation shall be terminated. SECTION FOUR Rights in Spouse’s Estate All rights of the two parties in regard to the others estate shall be restored. SECTION SIX Support Of Wife All obligations of the husband to support the wife will resume as they were prior to the separation and will continue as if the separation never took place.
